Hi and thanks for visiting my website.
I was appointed Chief Executive Officer of DFP Recruitment Services in 2004 following the purchase of a series of companies to form the diverse national business that DFP is today. As well as CEO, I am a joint owner of this highly successful growing national company.
I bring to the business over 35 years experience in senior management and executive roles in multinational pharmaceuticals prior to executive roles within the recruitment industry.
I studied at Swinburne and Monash and completed a Dip Business and a Grad Dip in Logistics.
I am passionate about the recruitment industry, I have recently stepped down as National President of the RCSA, but remain an active VIC/TAS Council Member and a Life Member of the RCSA.
I am also a member of the board for the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry I also served as a local Government councillor for the city of Knox, and am a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.
I regularly blog on Recruitment Industry matters, as well as job related issues. I enjoy delivering keynote speeches, presentations and also act as a Master of Ceremonies for various business and social events.
I am married to Leonie and live in Melbourne’s bayside area. Between us we have seven children. We are also extremely proud and involved grandparents to a gaggle of grandchildren!
I enjoy motor racing in my Historic race car, a group Nc BMW 2002. I also enjoy car restoration, my current project is a 1964 EH Holden. As well as keeping fit with regular training sessions I am a part-time musician playing guitar with a band Red Rock and I am also a fledgling part time actor.
My life and business philosophy is simple, do things well, done is better than perfect and enjoy your journey with enthusiasm, gratitude, compassion and grace.
